Birth card FAQ
How is a tarot birth card calculated?
Add every digit of your birth date (month, day, and full year). If the total is higher than 22, add its digits again. The result maps to a major arcana card — 22 counts as The Fool. A two-digit result reduces once more, giving most people a pair of birth cards that work together.
What does my birth card mean?
Unlike a drawn card, a birth card never changes: it describes a lifelong temperament — the lesson you keep meeting in different costumes. The primary card is the pattern; the second card is the tool you were given to work with it.
Is this the same as my zodiac sign?
No — it is a separate system based on numerology rather than the sky. Many people read them together: your zodiac describes the season you arrived in, your birth card the assignment you arrived with. Our Guardian weaves both, plus your full Chinese birth chart.
