How this tarot birth card calculator works
Add every digit of the full date. Reduce the total only while it is above 22. Keep that result; if it is 10–22, calculate one companion by adding its digits once. Map a retained 22 to The Fool (0) after finding its companion.
BaziPal stops 19 at 10: The Sun + Wheel of Fortune. It keeps 22 and 4: The Fool + The Emperor. Other published methods may use grouped date numbers or retain 19 → 10 → 1. This tool does not claim a universal standard.

How is a tarot birth card calculated?
Add every digit of your birth date (month, day, and full year). If the total is higher than 22, add its digits again. The result maps to a major arcana card — 22 counts as The Fool. A two-digit result reduces once more, giving most people a pair of birth cards that work together.
What does my birth card mean?
A birth card selects symbolic themes from a date-based rule. You can use its imagery for reflection; it is not a scientifically validated personality assessment, diagnosis or prediction.
Is this the same as my zodiac sign?
No. A birth card uses date arithmetic. Chinese zodiac uses a calendar boundary, and a personality quiz uses your answers. These methods can produce different symbols because they ask different questions.
Why do I get two cards instead of one?
BaziPal makes one companion only when the kept result is 10–22. A total such as 30 first reduces to 3 and produces one card. The original digit total alone does not decide the card count.
How does this calculator handle 19 and 22?
19 gives The Sun (19) and Wheel of Fortune (10), with no third reduction to 1. 22 gives The Fool (0) and The Emperor (4): the companion is calculated before 22 maps to 0.
